Not All Tofu Created Equal

Can anyone explain why the smallest bite of some cooked tofu instantly puts me in total agony, while an entire dish containing tofu will other times leave me totally unscathed? It's a mystery that keeps me from ordering tofu dishes unless absolutely necessary, because who knows if I'll be getting the good stuff or the stuff that might kill me.

Poster placement is more complicated in my office than I thought it would be. I have 4 small sized concert/music posters: Lucinda Williams, Nelly Furtado, The Cranberries, and Aimee Mann. Each poster features portraiture of the artist. I have space for three of them above my desk, and one to the right of my desk slightly below monitor level. Initially I wanted Nelly F and Aimee Mann above my desk so that they'd sort of be looking over me. But now I realize that I find myself looking the direction of the lower placed Cranberries poster way more often. Frankly, I think Aimee Mann would be much more creativity-inspiring than Dolores O'Riordan and Co. Then there are other problems with my recent office rearrangement; major ones include: where does Elvis go, should I put up the St. Pauli Girl poster, what portraits should I add to the menagerie?
